Jut Meininger's book: How to Run Your Own Life is a world-renowned book in the field of Transactional Analysis. Leaving the "heavy psychological" aspect for a moment (as it can be uninteresting to some) this book is an amazing way to examine our feelings, and get control of basic emotions using a very simple, but powerful process.
This book gives us a marvelous mental tool to learn how to control emotions, and run our own lives. We will learn to conceptualize what we want, and prepare ourselves to accept.

If you are looking for a quick and easy fix, this book is not for you. These steps to freedom will require you to build an awareness of how you are feeling, NOT how you are thinking, which is difficult for many, as they usually have been taught to ignore our feelings, or suppress them.
